Come Together!

Come Together at Dinner on the Dock! The backdrop of the scenic Rock River & downtown Rockford creates a unique and vivacious gathering where Rockford comes together to enjoy the region’s best musical acts. This year we’ve taken it a step further and have booked acts seen on The Voice, CMT and AMT Music Awards, and American Idol. DOD is THE event of the summer for the Rockford metro area and we couldn’t be more excited about the 2023 season. See you there!

Table and Boat Slip Reservations

We’re offering more reserved seating this year. You’ll also get to pick between tables with and without an umbrella. Every reservation comes with the option of pre-ordering from our exclusive appetizer menu and a cocktail server for beverages.

Table Pricing:

Tables for two to six people are available. Prices start at $25 and go up to $90.

 (Tables are max 6. Due to space, we cannot add seats to tables. Larger parties need to book extra tables.)

Table Availability:

• Table reservations close at 11:59 p.m. the Wednesday before each event.
• Appetizer options close at 6 p.m. the Tuesday before each event.

 

Boat Slip Reservations:

NEW FOR 2023 – Lock in your boat slip and secure your prime spot to enjoy the best riverside entertainment Rockford has to offer!

• Reserved boat parking from 11 a.m. on your reservation day and will be held until 8 p.m. that evening
• Exclusive pre-order appetizer menu – food will be served in to-go containers
• Dinner on the Dock will have 15 reservable boat slips and 12 boat slips that will remain open for first come, first serve access.

Boat Slip Pricing and Information:

• Boat slip reservations start at $30 and go up to $60
• Reservable Boat slips (unless sold out) will be unavailable for public parking until 5:00 each Thursday.
• Reserved slips will be available to reservation holders starting Thursday morning.
• Reserved spots will be held for the reservation holder until 8:00 each Thursday night.
• Please, no overnight boat parking.
• PSB has offered these reserved slips in response to numerous survey responses requesting this availability.
• You may leave and come back. We monitor the slips until 8:00 but you may leave and come as needed. If you find someone in your reserved slip, let a staff member know and we will assist you.

Boat Slips Open to the Public

If you did not reserve a boat slip in advance, no need to worry! We still have plenty of open non-reservable boat slips that are available on a first come, first serve basis.

If a boat slip in our reservable section is not reserved by 5:00 p.m. the day of, it will be open to the public. Each reserved boat slip will be visibly noted so you can know what spaces are taken and which are available.

Appetizers: 

Appetizers are only available to guests with table and boat slip reservations and must be submitted at the same time as your table reservation.

Cancellation Policy:

• Full refunds are available up to two weeks before the event.
• Within two weeks of the event, sorry. We cannot offer refunds but we can transfer your reservation to another DOD event, as long as there is availability. If there is no availability or the season is coming to an end, we will issue a gift card in the amount of your reservation.

Rain Dates

• Unfortunately, weather happens! With enough notice, we reserve the right to move Dinner on the Dock inside Prairie Street. If we do, your reservation will stand and we will have a prime table reserved for you inside.
• If the event is canceled with less than 24 hours notice, we will work with you to reschedule your reservation to a later date.
• If there is no availability or the season is coming to an end, we will issue a gift card in the amount of your reservation.
• If the event gets canceled after 6:00 and the band has already started, sorry. We cannot offer any refunds.

Reservation adjustments or mistakes

• If you need to change your reservation or make a mistake, notify us within 24 hours of making the reservations and we will do our best to accommodate.
• If you need to change your reservation or made a mistake after the 24 hour period and there is more than two weeks until your reservation, please call 815-277-9427 or email us at events@psbrewingco.com and let us know and we will do our best to accommodate your adjustment.
