Fall 2026 ArtScene Information

All venues are expected to participate during core ArtScene hours. If your venue plans to offer extended or adjusted hours, please list them below. Participants are strongly encouraged to include the Rockford Area Arts Council logo in promotional materials. A media kit will be provided upon receipt of application.

2026 Fall ArtScene Entry Fee: $175.00

This base fee includes: Marketing and promotion (including press releases, news coverage, social media promotion, mailer), 50 ArtScene booklets (including the map), 2 ArtScene yard signs, and a social media graphics package.

All participants must send clearly labeled digital high resolution photos for media purposes. Please include: Artist Name and Title of Work (if applicable). If artwork is currently available, please use the upload function below. If artwork is not currently available, please send artwork to jordan@artsforeveryone.com as soon as possible.
