My practice spans a wide range of media, including printmaking with linoleum blocks and ink on paper, drawing and painting in charcoal, gouache, acrylic, ink, graphite, water‑soluble graphite, prismatic colors, and Copic markers. I also work in sculpture, creating forms with clay and cardboard, and explore photography, often focusing on liminal spaces, flowers, and architectural details.
Much of my work is raw and grotesque, intentionally designed to arrest the viewer’s attention and evoke discomfort. That reaction is central to my practice—I aim to create work that makes people feel something, even if it’s unsettling. I consider myself a jack-of-all-trades, moving fluidly between materials and processes.
My black‑and‑white drawings and ink pieces often lean into darkness and intensity. At the same time, my collage work tends to be more colorful, playful, and visually inviting—though each piece ultimately dictates its own tone and direction.
