Experience ArtScene at Mulligan’s Pub & Grill in Rockford’s North End! Our spacious outdoor patio is surrounded by greenery and features a one-of-a-kind mural created by a local artist, making it the perfect backdrop for a night of art and community. With plenty of room for artwork displays and additional 10’ x 10’ artist tents, Mulligan’s offers a fun, welcoming space to explore local art, grab a bite or drink, and enjoy the atmosphere.

Painted by local artist Jesse Leachy, Mulligan’s outdoor mural is a fun and colorful reflection of the people and personality that make up our neighborhood bar. Featuring one of our bartenders, a stylish female patron enjoying the atmosphere, and a playful Homer Simpson holding a beer, the piece captures the laid-back, welcoming spirit of Mulligan’s. Different personalities, different stories, one place where everyone belongs—because Mulligan’s is for everyone.
